On
October 22, 1999, Mines welcomed 22 new members to the Mines Century Society and
recognized 64 members of the Simon Guggenheim Society.
The Mines Century Society comprises those donors whose lifetime giving to the School
exceeds $100,000. The Simon Guggenheim
Society recognizes individuals whose annual gifts total more than $25,000. These individuals, through their remarkable
philanthropic support, have enabled the School to build and maintain a worldwide
reputation in engineering and applied sciences. |
